The fact that the FBI lied to the FISC to obtain surveillance warrants does not seem to bother the Court all that much. Perhaps the best thing for America is for Congress to abolish the Court. by Steve Byas

Steve Byas is a professor of History & Government at Randall University, in Norman, Oklahoma. For nearly four decades he has been a publishing partner of the Oklahoma Constitution newspaper. It has become a standard for identifying the core principles (or lack thereof) of each elected official in the legislature.
